The GRAULE type RLE electronic length measuring system is a fully automatic, programmable stop for dimensionally accurate and efficient production in the wood, aluminum and plastics processing industries.

Cross-industry suitable solution

One system for every application:

• Support plate: For small strips, the system is mounted on an angle bracket up to 6 meters.
• Standard roller conveyor: For PVC and aluminum profiles and wooden battens, the RLE type is mounted on standard GRAULE roller tables up to 8 meters.
• Heavy-duty ST-60 roller conveyor: For heavy-duty applications in wood and aluminum, the RLE-ST60 type is mounted on heavy-duty ST-60 roller tables up to 13 meters.

Increased production output

The GRAULE RLE increases productivity. The automatic system enables significantly faster length adjustment. The length stop moves automatically to the specified position.

Maximum precision

The stable material stop is pneumatically clamped for positioning. In addition, the stop flap is spring-mounted, which absorbs shocks.

The position is measured directly at the stop flap via a magnetic tape measuring system, ensuring a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm.

Working with different modes and program memory

The programmable stop and positioning system can be used as an automatic stop system or as a pusher system. Input is via absolute values or by working through lists. The pusher can be finely adjusted using a step scale.

The control unit has a large program memory (999 programs) and a USB interface for loading lists.

Simplified operation

The 10" touch screen enables simple input. The display adapts ideally to every working mode thanks to the different layouts.
